OVERVIEW
All references to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Crystal Essence Gallery. This Shipping Policy governs the delivery of items purchased from Crystal Essence Gallery.
Delivery Timeframe
- Confirmed orders will be shipped out within 1 – 3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Aside from public holidays, orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
- Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) are as follows:
- West Malaysia: 2 -3 working days from your order to arrive.
- East Malaysia: 4 -6 working days for your order to arrive.
· Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional of 2 -3 working days.
· These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Shipping Rates and Methods
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and chosen shipping method.
- Expedited and/or insured shipping options may be available at checkout for select regions within Malaysia. Please note these options may incur additional charges and have different processing times.
- We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates at any time without notice.
Where We Ship
- We currently ship to customers within Malaysia only.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2 – 3 business days after the order is placed, subject to payment verification and stock availability.
- Backordered items will be shipped when available. You will be notified of any significant delays.
Carrier and Tracking
- We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your crystals, charms, and Feng Shui products within Malaysia. After your order is handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking information.
- If tracking shows a delivery exception or the package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist.
Risks and Title
- Title passes to you once the carrier takes possession of the package. Risk of loss is covered by Crystal Essence under our courier insurance.
Damaged or Missing Items
- In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and your order number so we can arrange refund as per our policies.
- If you receive the wrong item or items are missing, contact us within 7 days to initiate a resolution.
Returns and Exchanges
- Our Returns Policy governs damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory items and exchanges. For details, see our Returns Policy.
Seasonal and External Delays
- Deliveries may be affected by holidays, extreme weather, or events outside our control. We are not liable for such delays, and delivery estimates may be affected accordingly.
Customer Responsibilities
- Please ensure your shipping address at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Policy Modification
- Crystal Essence reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without notice. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
